次の試合は3月21日(祝)午前8時開始と決まっています。
プールCは，メキシコとアメリカが3勝1敗で並んで，直接対決の結果から，
メキシコが1位，アメリカが2位となりました。
プールDは，4勝0敗のベネゼエラが1位，3勝1敗のプエルトリコが2位。
この結果から，準々決勝は，メキシコvsプエルトリコ戦および
アメリカvsベネゼエラ戦となりました。
本日の将棋棋戦
叡王戦挑戦者決定戦，菅井竜也八段が永瀬拓矢王座に勝ち，
藤井聡太竜王との番勝負に挑むこととなりました。
タイトル戦で久しぶりに対抗形の将棋を見ることができますね。
倉敷藤花戦，大学生の大城千花アマが中村桃子女流に大相手に，
大逆転負けで，悔しい敗戦。終盤の入り，大城アマがよくて，
途中，二転三転しましたが，大城アマが勝勢からの頓死でした。
アマとプロのあいだの境界線は限りなく透明になりつつありますね。

午前4時過ぎに目が覚めたので，準々決勝のノーリーvsティアフォー戦を
観戦しました。ティアフォー選手がストレート勝ちで，
サッカー開始前に終わり，区切りが良かったです。
WTAの試合を挟んだメドベージェフvsダビドビッチ・フォキナ戦は
メドベージェフ選手が勝ち，準決勝はメドベージェフvsティアフォー戦。
明日行われる準々決勝はWTAの試合から始まるので，
ATPの試合は日本時間午前7時からとなります。

テニスに引き続き，WOWOW ON DEMANDにて，
レアル・マドリードvsリヴァプール戦の前半を観戦して，
0-0で，リヴァプールが3点差を追いつくことはないと判断して，
目覚ましをかけて，二度寝へ。
レアル・マドリードが後半得点し，1-0で勝っていました。
ナポリvsフランクフルト戦もナポリが1-0で勝っていましたね。
これで，ベスト8が出揃いました。
イタリア勢の躍進が目に付きますね。ナポリとミラン勢の3チーム。
ヨーロッパリーグでも，ユヴェントス，フィオレンティーナ，
ASローマ，ラツィオと4チーム出しなので，いいところを見せたいところ。
イングランドはマンチェスター・シティとチェルシーの2チーム，
ドイツはバイエルン・ミュンヘン，ポルトガルはベンフィカ，
スペインはレアル・マドリードが残っただけとなりました。
