先日，99%水準の信頼区間の話の時に，なぜか2.33を掛けていましたが，2.58の間違いです。
正規分布表読み間違えたようです。すいません。
で，本題です。ETSのドキュメントで，受験環境について，書かれているものを探しました。
‘Fair. Valid. Reliable.Qualities that make the TOEIC tests the global standard
for assessing English proficiency in the workplace (2009)’
というマーケティング用のブロシャーに，以下のような文言があります。
Equal opportunity for all test takers
Standardized testing conditions give all test takers an equal opportunity to
demonstrate their proficiency. The TOEIC test administration process is
standardized to ensure that no candidate is at a disadvantage due to
differences in test-taking conditions. Each test administrator is committed to
following clear ETS guidelines on how to ensure a consistent, fair experience for
all test takers. This ensures that TOEIC test scores are accurate and reliable
across countries and geographic regions.
また‘ETS Standards for Quality and Fairness(2002)’には
Administer assessments in an environment with appropriate
temperature control, reasonable furniture, adequate lighting and
work space, low noise levels, and few disruptions. As necessary,
make accommodations to provide access to a testing site for people
with disabilities. Monitor samples of administration sites, as feasible,
to ensure that assessments are being administered as specified.
とありますから，音声の明瞭さのような基準は重要でないのかもしれません。
この点は，運営のマニュアルを見ないことにはわかりませんね。
