Wimbledonが開幕

本日よりウィンブルドンが始まります。
女子シングルス，日本人選手の先陣を切って，日比野菜緒選手が
1回戦に登場しました。メルテンス選手相手に，1-2(6-2, 2-6, 4-6)で
逆転負けでした。

本日の将棋棋戦

棋聖戦第3局，藤井聡太竜王名人が山﨑隆之八段に勝利して，
3勝0敗として，五連覇を達成して，永世棋聖の称号の権利を得ました。
おめでとうございます。

女流順位戦A級，伊藤沙恵女流四段(2)が福間香奈女流五冠(1)に勝ち，
両者が7勝1敗で並び，西山朋佳女流三冠への白玲戦挑戦者を賭けて，
プレーオフを戦います。
女流順位戦B級，鈴木環那女流三段(3)が香川愛生女流四段(5)に勝利して，
6勝3敗として，順位戦A級昇級を決めました。おめでとうございます。
同じくB級，和田あき女流二段(9)が6勝2敗の直接対決となった
伊奈川愛菓女流二段(8)に勝ち，A級昇級を決めました。おめでとうございます。
これで，来期順位戦A級，8位和田女流二段(7勝2敗:9位)，9位鈴木女流三段(6勝3敗:3位)，
10位香川女流四段(6勝3敗:5位)となります。
もし塚田恵梨花女流二段が本日勝利していると，山根ことみ女流三段と和田女流二段と
順位戦A級でトリオを組むことになりますが，加藤圭女流二段とどちらが
降級しているのか，非常に気になりますね。

イングランドvsスロバキア戦は0-1でスロバキアが逃げ切るかと
思われていたアディショナルタイムに，イングランドのベリンガム選手が
値千金オーバーヘッドゴールで同点として，延長戦へ。
延長前半，ケイン選手がゴールをあげ，そのまま，イングランドが2-1で
勝利をおさめ，スイスが待つ準々決勝へ。
スペインvsジョージア戦はジョージアが先制するもスペインがゴールラッシュ，
4-1で勝利して，開催国ドイツが待つ準々決勝へ。
いずれの試合も後半から観戦しました。イングランドvsスロバキア戦は
BBC World ServiceをBGMにしていたのですが，うちの環境では
実況音声が予言モードで少しはやかったです。

COPA AMERICA USA 2024

グループBが最終試合。
メキシコvsエクアドル戦，グループステージ突破には勝利が必要だった
メキシコ，1点が遠かった。0-0のドローで，得失点差で，エクアドルが
グループステージ突破を決めました。
ジャマイカvsベネズエラ戦は0-3でベネズエラが3連勝を飾りました。
