The Public Service Academyは学会ではなくて，教育機関ないし教育プログラムの総称と思われる。
熟れた訳にするなら，seeは訳さないんだろうなあ。

B: Not bad. Things have calmed down lately.
A: The last time we talked, you didn't have a minute to spare.
B: I know. It was a super busy time.
