千葉県柏市で行われた第3局，ランチはお隣の野田市由来でした。
最終盤，挑戦者の出口若武六段にチャンスは巡ってきましたが，
活かしきれず，藤井聡太竜王が叡王初防衛を果たし，タイトル戦13連勝で，
羽生善治九段に並びました。
