盆休 1st week Day 2

昨日のTOEICスコアのエントリー,ショックのあまり,練習用にアップしていた。
スコアが悪かったのは,神崎正哉先生のせいではないのだが,おっさん二人の連れション状態は,
これから神聖な公開試験を受ける前には相応しくなかったのは確かだと思う。
アビメがない状態では不確かだけど,ListeningはPart 2が,ReadingはPart 5がかなりダメだった
感触なので,弱点補強トレーニングを考えねば。しかし,イ・イクフン本のPart 2やりたくないなあ。。。

英語5分間トレーニン(2009年8月13日分ロールプレイ)

A: Let's eat at a restaurant tonight.
B: I'd rather not go out. I'm beat.
A: How about getting some Chinese takeout?
B: Good idea. I'm not in the mood for pizza.

beat (adj.) informal very tired [syn] exhausted: I'm beat.

be/feel in the mood for sth to feel you would like to do something:
I don't want to talk about it now. I'm not in the mood. 



A: I wish I could read this book.
B: What's the problem? Just sit down and read.
A: Every time I do, some distraction interrupts me.
B: You need to learn to concentrate.

distraction [C,U] something that stops you pay attention to what you are doing: 
I study in the library as there are too many distractions at home.

A: How do you like your new laptop, Tommy?
B: I love it. It's fast and has a great display.
A: How's the battery life?
B: It'll run for nearly four hours on a full charge.
