名人戦第4局2日目，永瀬拓矢九段が先手番。
両者秒読みのなか，形勢が二転三転しましたが，
永瀬九段が逆転勝ちで，1勝3敗としました。
マイナビ女子オープン第3局，休養明けの西山朋佳女流三冠が勝ち，
防衛に王手をかけました。
NHK杯テレビ将棋トーナメント，1回戦第7局，
NHK杯本戦初出場の石川優太五段が登場，石川五段が後手番，
角交換四間飛車の将棋となりました。
石川五段が二転三転した将棋を勝ちました。
海外サッカー
昨日は日本人選手，イングランドとドイツで明暗が分かれました。
鎌田大地選手がフル出場したクリスタル・パレスがマンチェスター・シティ相手に
1-0で勝利して，FA CUP初優勝を決めました。おめでとうございます。
虎の子の1点は鎌田大地選手が起点となるプレーでの得点でした。
BBC World Serviceで聴いていましたが，キックオフのかなり前の時間から
サッカーネタを流していました。
堂安律選手所属のフライブルク，フランクフルトとの直接対決，
堂安選手の今季10ゴール目の先制弾も実らず，1-3の逆転負け，
ドルトムントが勝ったため，フライブルクは5位フィニッシュとなり，
チャンピオンズリーグ出場ならず，ヨーロッパリーグへ。

Tornado-spawning storms leave 21 dead in two states and swaths of destruction across central US
A violent, tornado-spawning storm system tore across the central US, leaving at least 21 people dead in Missouri and southeastern Kentucky as it cut a path of destruction through several states.
The 14 deaths in Kentucky come on the heels of fatalities reported hours earlier on Friday in the St. Louis area, which endured widespread destruction. Seven people were reported dead in Missouri.
In all, large tornadoes have been reported in Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana.
Trump says he will speak with Putin on the phone Monday
President Donald Trump will speak on Monday with Russian President Vladimir Putin on ending the Ukraine war, the US president announced.
“THE SUBJECTS OF THE CALL WILL BE, STOPPING THE “BLOODBATH” THAT IS KILLING, ON AVERAGE, MORE THAN 5000 RUSSIAN AND UKRAINIAN SOLDIERS A WEEK, AND TRADE,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Saturday.
The announcement comes after representatives from Ukraine and Russia held face-to-face talks in Turkey on Friday. It was the first time the two countries held direct talks at any level in three years.
Trump says he plans to speak with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky and various members of NATO after he talks with Putin.
