女流名人戦，西山朋佳女流三冠が福間香奈女流五冠に勝ち，
シリーズ福間女流五冠の2勝1敗となりました。
第4局は4月4日(金)東京将棋会館で行われます。
棋王戦予選6組準決勝，柵木幹太四段は船江恒平七段に敗れて，
年度内のフリークラス卒業ならず。

International aid picks up as scale of quake overwhelms Myanmar | DW News
The United Nations is warning that a severe lack of medical equipment is hindering the emergency response in Myanmar after Friday's devastating earthquake. International relief is gathering pace but aid agencies say the country is unprepared to deal with a disaster on this scale. At least 1,600 people have been killed and thousands more injured, with aftershocks still being felt in some areas.
The earthquake in Myanmar also struck neighboring Thailand, killing at least 17 people and injuring over 30 more, according to officials. At least ten were killed when an unfinished 30-story high-rise collapsed in the capital Bangkok. Rescue teams are still searching for signs of life underneath the unstable pile of rubble, but they don't know how many of those trapped might still be alive.
