豊島将之九段vs池永天志五段戦，ジリジリとした展開でしたが，
豊島九段が勝って，王位戦は前期と同じ顔合わせとなりました。

昨日の男子シングルス4回戦で，メドベージェフ選手，チチパス選手が
敗退して，もう一つの準々決勝の組み合わせは，
ルブレフvsチリッチ戦
ルードvsルネ戦
となりました。チリッチ選手はグランドスラム大会のすべての決勝進出を
実現する最後のチャンスではないかなあ。チリッチ選手の決勝進出を期待したいです。
本日は女子シングルス準々決勝の試合がもつれていて，
男子シングルスの試合開始は大きく繰り下がりそうですね。
